Renewable Homes was founded by Cheryl Lima with a mission to promote responsible home building in the San Francisco Bay Area. Born and raised in the East Bay, Cheryl has an undeniable sense of responsibility to give back to her community by working towards rebuilding existing homes into high-performing homes. Each project is an opportunity to create a nurturing home environment for the people who live in them.

Cheryl received her Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, and Master's Degree in Architecture and Real Estate Development from Woodbury University at San Diego.  

Cheryl's professional career began in project management, working as an owner/developer's representative in San Diego and the SF Bay Area.  After 8 years experience in real estate development management, she soon circled back to architectural design.  

Cheryl's blend of formal education and work experience allow her to understand the unique balance between good design and your bottom line.  

Cheryl enjoys working with homeowners and real estate investors who share a passion for creating aesthetically pleasing homes that can function and support the fast paced life we live here in the Bay Area.
